Product Introduction

1. This device consists of a training screen (with built-in power supply), a training table, and a storage cabinet. The main frame is constructed of sheet metal spray-coated with high-strength aluminum profiles. The aluminum profiles are treated with electrophoretic and electrostatic epoxy powder coatings, making them corrosion-resistant, fire-resistant, and moisture-resistant, making them both aesthetically pleasing and practical. The perforated plate fixing mechanism, comprised of multiple aluminum profiles and guide rails, connects the screen and tabletop with screws. The tabletop is custom-made with 25mm heather-gray high-density laminate edge banding to effectively enhance insulation. The base of the table is equipped with at least four guide wheels for easy mobility. The storage cabinet utilizes a standard three-tier structure with self-locking casters. The equipment storage cabinet can be flexibly adjusted as needed.
2. The training air supply pressure is low, and the electrical control utilizes a low-voltage 24V DC power supply. The training air circuit and control circuit are safe and reliable, with manual, automatic, and sequential control functions.
3. Power Supply Module: The power supply module is equipped with an AC voltmeter with a range of 0-250V to monitor the device's input voltage and is also equipped with a fuse. A high-voltage output terminal is provided for expansion of additional power supplies. The DC power output features overcurrent and short-circuit protection. The DC relay module is equipped with three DC +24V relays. All switching terminals (including coils) are connected to the panel, and corresponding indicators indicate when the coils are energized.
4. Control Button Module: Six green self-reset pushbutton switches and six red self-locking pushbutton switches. All pushbutton switch terminals are connected to the panel.
5. Pneumatic components are brand new AirTAC models.
